WHAT We're offering:
Create client proposals
Place orders with vendors ensuring accuracy and on budget
Establish new accounts with vendors
Maintain and improve inventory management system
Maintain key vendor list with helpful information for designers
Work with Project Manager to track client orders and provide clients with monthly update
Assist with receiving, recording, and inspecting new inventory
Participate in client installs as needed
Process shipments - unbox, inspect, record items received in tracking system
Fill the gaps!
As a purchasing coordinator this is some of what you’ll do:
Ability to communicate complex concepts and ideas clearly (both verbal and written)
Extremely detail oriented
Analytical, numbers oriented mindset
Full-Time availability (M-F 8:30-5:30)
Reliable transportation
QUALIFICATIONS We'RE LOOKING FOR:
Enjoy seeing systems improve business operations
Can use a spreadsheet to organize just about anything
Love wearing multiple hats and taking on a multitude of responsibilities
Take initiative to complete tasks without them being “assigned” to you
