As a true extrovert and entrepreneur, it was only a matter of time before I turned my passion for design into a business. I founded Daley Home alongside my husband Kasey in 2017. Years of producing simple, classic, and thoughtful spaces have led to a specialty in sourcing pieces that complement each client's aesthetic, along with a refined design process that keeps projects on track to success. From consultation to final installation, I'm committed to bringing you not only a beautiful home but an unforgettable experience, too. Today, I wear many hats as a business owner, designer, and mom of three—is it obvious I don't like to sit still?

Design enables me to positively impact someone's day-to-day life by transforming their environment. When I design, I think about all aspects: flow, spaciousness, patterns, colors, textures, and how the space will truly be lived in for years to come. All of these puzzle pieces form one beautifully distinctive picture. Although my experience in commercial interiors brings a different perspective to the team, working on a more personal level on our clients' homes is where my true passion lies. Despite being the only Red Raider in an office of Longhorns, I find the opportunity to work alongside the DH team exciting and fulfilling.
Senior INTERIOR DESIGNER
Morgan Stubbs
With a background in residential construction and hospitality design, I am a natural problem solver and detail-oriented designer who loves bringing together the creative and technical sides of design. From selecting color, pattern, and texture to diving into the gritty details of floor plans and how a space truly functions, I enjoy seeing every element come to life as a project evolves from concept to installation.
In addition to my design skillset, I’m passionate about taking care of the people around me, which translates into making sure our clients feel informed, involved, and confident throughout their project. At the end of the day, creativity and hospitality have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, so designing spaces that are both beautiful and meaningful comes naturally to me in my role on the DH team!

Lauren Thengvall
With over 20 years of planning and logistics experience under my belt, I keep the train on the tracks at Daley Home. A mom to three girls and “Sweets” to three precious granddaughters, I am a people person through and through. My role combines those organizational and social strengths through order placing, tracking products, and client updates. Design and communication have always been a valuable part of my world both personally and professionally. I work hand in hand with the design and procurement sides of the business to enhance the overall client experience.

As the Purchasing Coordinator at Daley Home, my days are filled with making sure all the little details come together to bring our designers’ beautiful ideas to life. I get to draw on my background in procurement, construction, and client coordination while keeping projects on budget and moving smoothly. Being a detail-lover who enjoys a good process has made this role a perfect fit!
I’m originally from Colorado, but Austin has become home, and I’ve loved getting to know the city along the way. When I’m not at work, you can find me exploring the outdoors, spending time with friends and family, or trying a new restaurant!
